If you’re like us, or almost everyone in today’s world, you probably spend more time on your phone than anything else. Reading, exercising, going outside, hanging out with friends—it’s all starting to feel secondary.

We’re living through our phones, and it’s changing us in ways we’re only beginning to understand.

Fewer human connections. Constant distraction. A loneliness epidemic. More anxiety. More depression. Less sleep. Less focus. Less creativity. Our relationships, our health, and our lives are taking a backseat to endless scrolling.

We all recognize there’s a problem. But when we look around, it feels like no one’s really talking about how we can break free from this cycle.

That’s where Log Off comes in. We want to help you disconnect from distractions - and reconnect with yourself, with others, and with the world around you.

💌 Every week, we send out two newsletters designed to inspire and guide you. One for the week ahead, one for the weekend.

🧪 Science based advice. Practical tips. Ways to slow down in our constantly online world.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 A community where we can explore and fix our toxic relationship with technology. Sharing our progress, challenges, and experiences together.

And guess what? We’re on this journey with you. We’re not here to preach or tell you to throw your phone away. We too want to break our online habit, and we suspect that millions of others feel the same way.

Stop scrolling. Live life. That’s our goal. Are you with us?
